It is composed of polycrystalline diamond and cemented carbide substrate, which is a product of super hard composite by adopting ultra high pressure and temperature technology. Mainly used for Geological, Coalfield, Stone processing, Oil/Gas field drilling.

The shape interface can be flat or not. The range of thickness of polycrystalline diamond layer is from 0.8mm to 3mm. And we cut the PDC to different shape as per customer' s requirement. We have different shape and sizes:
